Every coach is AI. Using Ask Arden does not create a professional relationship of any kind, and a coach will tell you so if you ask. Coaches can be confidently wrong; treat what they say as a starting point you check, not a verdict.

If a coach gets it wrong
Every coach response has a rating control. Marking a response unhelpful puts it in front of a person on our side — it does not silently retrain anything.
