What Ask Arden is

Ask Arden is a conversational product. You ask a question, a coach answers, and you can keep working with that coach over time. Coaches are different areas of focus inside one product.

Every coach is AI. You are not talking to a human professional, and you are not talking to a licensed practitioner of any kind.

Who can use it

Ask Arden is for adults. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Ask Arden is invitation-only and available in the United States only.

There are no child accounts, teen accounts, household accounts, parental controls, or shared family access. Do not create an account for a minor, and do not let a minor use your account.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure and for what happens under your account. Do not share it.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we need to protect other people, or if we stop offering the product.

Acceptable use

Use Ask Arden for your own personal purposes, lawfully and in good faith. Do not:

• Use it to break the law, or to plan, encourage, or assist anything illegal or dangerous.
• Try to get a coach to ignore its instructions, reveal its configuration, or step outside its stated boundaries.
• Try to reach another person’s account, conversations, or saved information.
• Submit someone else’s personal information without a lawful basis to do so.
• Submit account numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or payment credentials.
• Use Ask Arden to monitor, track, or profile another person, including people you live with.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Ask Arden’s responses as a competing service, or use them to train another model.
• Present a coach’s output as advice from a licensed professional, or as your own original work where that would be dishonest — including submitting it as assessed schoolwork.
• Overload, probe, or interfere with the service.

Ask Arden does not give professional advice

Ask Arden is not a professional, and using it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Coaches give general, educational help. They do not know your full situation, they can be wrong, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional who is accountable to you.

The boundary for each coach is set out on the safety page, and each coach states its own limits at the point you use it.

If a decision matters — money you cannot afford to lose, a health symptom, a document you are about to sign, a child’s wellbeing — talk to a qualified professional. A coach can help you prepare for that conversation. It cannot replace it.

Safety and emergencies

Ask Arden is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, having a medical emergency, or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. Do not wait for a coach to respond.

We watch for safety concerns and may record and act on them.

Your content and ours

You keep your own content — what you write to a coach, and the notes you choose to save. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.

We do not use your conversations to improve our coaches unless you have separately agreed to that. Where you have, we do it the way the privacy policy describes: by hand, with review, never automatically.

Responses are provided for your own use. Because they are generated, they may not be unique to you, and we make no claim that any response is original, accurate, or complete.

Ask Arden, Arden, Agentis Labs, and our logos and site content belong to Agentis Labs.

Availability and changes

Ask Arden is early. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we may set limits on use. Individual conversations have a length and cost limit, so a long conversation may need to continue in a new one.

Paid plans

Ask Arden does not take money today. Billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms will be written here before it does.

Warranties, liability, governing law, and changes

Warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, how we will notify you of changes, and our contact address are being written with counsel and will appear here when they are ready.
